2 pkg. Yeast
1 Cup Lukewarm Water
1 tsp. Sugar
1 Cup Scalded Milk
Cup Shortening (half butter)
⅔ Cup Sugar
2 Eggs or (4 egg yolks)
1 tsp. Salt
tsp. Nutmeg
7 Cups Flour

Directions:
Let raise to double in size. Then punch down. Prepare pan with corn Syrup, Brown sugar, & Pecans. Roll dough out, put melted butter over dough add cinnamon & sugar. Roll-up and cut. Add to prepared pan and bake. 375 for 25 min.
