1-1/2 cups Flour
1/4 cocoa powder
1 Cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 TB apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
6 TBs canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and 1/2 tsp kosher salt.

Add apple cider vinegar, vanilla, 6 TBs canola oil, 1 cup water and whisk thoroughly.

Pour batter into small baking tin (or pan) and bake for 30minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cake cool at least 10 minutes. Then cut into 6 pieces and spread ganache on cake pieces.
Sprinkle seat salt on top.

4 TBs butter
1/4 tsp sea salt

Put chocolate pieces in microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.

Add butter to chocolate and stir to combine.
