2 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Cr. of Tartar
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 T. Sugar
1/2 C. Shortening
2/3 C. Milk
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees.
In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients. Cut in the shortening until the mixture is crumbly. Add milk, then egg.
Blend well. Roll out the dough and cut, or drop onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
