4 T. yeast - dissolved in @ 1 cup warm water
4 C. milk - divided in 2 equal parts
1 C. sugar
1 C. Vegetable oil, butter, or margarine
2 T. salt
12 C. flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Melt butter in 2 Cups milk. Put in large mixing bowl and add sugar, salt and remaining milk. Let cool until luke warm. Beat eggs while cooling. Add yeast and beaten eggs, stir well. Work in flour. Let rise to double. Knead lightly. Roll out dough, cut into circles (with a cookie cutter, or cup). Take cut rolls, dip in melted butter fold in half and put in pan. Let rise to double again. Bake at 425 approx. 10 minutes, or until brown.
