Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup milk
2 green onion, chopped (if desired)
2 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt (I don't add because the bacon is salty enough)
Dash pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

.

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, onion, butter, pepper. Pour into a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.

Bake, uncovered, at 400º for about 25 minutes or until eggs are set. (To see if the eggs are set, just insert a knife in the middle of the dish and if it comes out clean it's done.)

This is a doubled recipe that barely feeds three. Depends how hungry Daniel is and what sides you make with it.
