3/4 pound shelled petite butter beans, fresh or frozen
fresh lady peas optional
4 ears white corn (kernels scraped from cob)
4 green onions chopped
5 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons fresh dill finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch butter beans and corn in boiling water (longer if fresh lima beans) until tender. Run cold water over and drain.

Combine beans, corn, onion, bacon, mayonnaise, vinegar, herbs. Toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 2-4 hours.
