1 pkg of chicken tenders
2 eggs beaten
Bisquick for coating
Crisco
Minced onion
Garlic salt
Pepper
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat on med- med-hi heat
Fill the pan about 1/3 of the way with Crisco, let it melt and right before you add the chicken to the pan, add the seasonings except the parsley to the oil
Add parsley to the bisquick and mix
Coat the chicken in the bisquick, egg, and back in the bisquick then place in the pan
Once the top of the chicken looks moist or wet, itís ready to turn over
Cook about 5-7 more min on the second side and place the chicken on a plate
