3-4 tbsp of butter
3-4 tbsp of flour
Juices from the roast
Salt and Pepper to tast

Directions:
Directions:
First you need to make a rue
Put the butter in a pan over med heat and melt
Once it is almost melted, add the flour
Mix together well, and slowly stir in the juices from the roast, Let boil for 3-4 min to thickin up, whisk well
Add salt and pepper at the end to taste

You can make it thicker by adding more flour, or thinner by adding more juices from the meat. Just remember to add little at a time. You can always add more, but you can't take it away if you add too much.
