Rump Roast (2-3 lbs)
Au Jus Mix
Ranch Powder Mix
Water (approx 4 cups)
4-5 large potatoes washed and quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Add Roast to crock pot
Stir the mixes together with 4 cups of water
(you want the liquid to cover about of the roast so you have extra for gravy or sauce to
pour over when served)
Cook on high for approx. 6 hours
You may add quartered potatoes when there is 1 hour left is so desired

Leftovers for this would be great in a burrito as the meat will be very tender and shred or pull apart very easily. When storing leftovers, make sure you put some of the liquid in with the meat and potatoes to keep it from drying out.
