Rump Roast (2-3 lbs)
Large Russet potatoes (4-5)
Baby Carrots (1 lb)
Minced onion
Garlic Salt
Ground Pepper
Parsley
Bay Leaf
Water (3-4 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Place in crock pot and add water to cover approx. half the roast
Add minced onions, black pepper, garlic salt, 1 bay leaf, and parsley
Cook on high for approx. 4-5 hours
You may add quartered potatoes and carrots when there is 1- 1 1/2 hours left if so desired

With any roast I make, there are always leftovers. The cooking time will vary depending on how tender you want the meat to be, the more tender and "fall apart" you want it to be, then you cook it a little longer, you want to be able to slice it thinly, you cook it around the 4 hour mark.
