1 cup butter
1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped candied fruit
1 cup whole candied cherries
1/4 tsp cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together, beat in the egg. Stir in dry ingredients; blend in pecans, fruit, and cherries. Form in rolls 1-1/2" in diameter. Wrap in Saran Wrap. Freeze.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Slice very thinly. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
