Wild Rice Casserole Recipe

2 1/2 c. (approximately 3 - 4 oz. boxes) wild rice, soak overnight
2 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, brown lightly
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. bell pepper flakes
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 c. hot water
2 1/4 c. grated American cheese
3 - 4 oz. cans of pimentos
3 - 2 oz. cans of mushrooms
3 tbsp. minced onions
3 tbsp. seasoned chicken stock base
1 1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 1/2 tsp. thyme

Mix all ingredients together and place into large baking dish. Cover dish and bake at 325 until moisture is absorbed, usually 1 1/2 hours.
