3/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup hot peppers, chopped
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
6 1/3 cups sugar
4 ounces fruit pectin
5 drops food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Blend peppers and about 1/2 cup vinegar in blender.
Mix all ingredients except fruit pectin in a saucepan - bring to boil
1 Remove from heat and immediately add fruit pectin .
Stir well and return to heat and again bring just to a boil
Remove from heat at once and add food coloring.
Pour into sterilized jelly jars.
While jelly is still hot, seal with melted paraffin.
