approx 10 potatoes
1 large onion
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in medium pot, add flour until thoroughly mixed. Add milk and simmer on low until milk is thickened. Peel and slice potatoes, slice onion. Add half the potatoes to the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan, cover with half the onion, then cover both with half of milk mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat with second half of ingredients. Cover with tin foil and cook for 1 and a half hours at 350º.
