Ground beef or pork, cooked and drained
Refried beans
Small can of sliced black olives, drained
3 green onions, sliced
Grated cheddar cheese (can include jack as well)
Sour cream
Salsa
Guacamole
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow dish like a pie plate, layer the follow ingredients in order: cooked ground beef, refried beans, olives, and green onions. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add a layer of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole to create layered effect or serve them on the side. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
