2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp minced onion
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
4 c. French green beans, cooked and drained
2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, onion, and sugar. Add sour cream. Stir until smooth. Increase heat to medium. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Fold in beans, and grease small Pyrex. Sprinkle cheese over beans, add topping. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
