1 pkg crescent rolls
1 lb ground chuck
1 can refried beans (optional)
1 pint light sour cream
2 C mexican blend shredded cheese
1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
Old El Paso Original Taco Seasoning mix
Secret Ingredients: 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Ground Cumin

Preheat Oven to 350º

Spread crescent rolls in baking dish with fingers - press 1/2 way up the sides of casserole dish. Spread can of beans on pastry and bake for 6 minutes in pre-heated oven.
Brown ground chuck - drain grease - return meat to skillet
Add taco seasoning and follow directions on package - then add secret ingredients
Put meat on top of beans (or on top of pastry if not using beans)
Add Sour Cream, then Cheese, bake for 20 minutes.
Crush Doritos and add on top, bake for another 10 - 15 minutes.
Let set for 10 minutes before slicing.

Another recipe that my mom used to make for us growing up. I do believe that it was the very first recipe that my daughter Shayla asked her Grandmother to give to her. So yummy and easy!
