Two eggs beaten to yellow slightly thick texture
Two cups sugar
½ cups oil
Two cups flour
Two teaspoons baking soda
Two teaspoons cinnamon
one teaspoon salt
Four cups diced apples
One cup chopped nuts
Two teaspoons vanilla
Four cups diced applies
Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to beaten eggs; blend in sugar.
Mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and add to egg mixture, alternating with diced apples.
Add nuts and vanilla.
bake at 325º for 40 minutes in 9x13 pan.
