Ingredients:  
Two cups whipping cream
One envelope unflavored gelatin
One cup sugar
½ pint sour cream
One teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream, gelatin and sugar together slowly (do not boil).
Stir until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
Mix in sour cream and vanilla flavoring.
Pour into a one-quart serving bowl and chill.
Spoon into sherbet glasses and top with fresh fruit or a bit of jam.
