Cake
1 box butter cake mix
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup oil
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
1 can mandarin without juice
4 egss
1 cup chopped pecans (1/2 for cake and 1/2 for icing)

Icing
1 16 oz can crushed pineapple-undrained
1 large carton of cool whip
1 3 oz package instant vanilla pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together mix well. Put in 2-8 or 9 inch pans. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes.

Mix all ingredients for icing and add pecans. Put on cake.
