2 - 16 oz. cans bing cherries
1 - 3 oz. package lemon gelatin
1/2 c. dry sherry pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cherry juice, reserving juice. Bring 3/4 cup of the cherry juice to a boil. Remove and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Let cool. Arrange cherries and pecans to cover cherries to the gelatin mixture. Add gelatin mixture to the mold. Refrigerate until firm.
