1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup medallion zesty teriyaki
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 heaping tbsp. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger [ use slightly rounded measurements ]
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp, lemon pepper
1 1/2 pds. very lean beef or venison. [ round steak or eye of the round are good ]
trim fat.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for the marinade and let set 1/2 hour while you slice your beef.
Slice beef about 1/8 in. thick.
Add meat to marinade and let set for 24 to 36 hours
Cooking time will depend on your dehydrator. Older models can take 12 to 14 hours.
Newer models may only take 2 hours so read your dehydrators cooking times.

Medallion is the brand name for the second zesty teriyaki sauce. Its optional but adds alot of flavor
to this beef jerky. May be found near dressings or marinades.
You can double this recipe and do up 3 to 4 pds. of meat.
