The following makes 3+ cups of marinade. I usually double the ingredients for a larger batch depending on the number of pork butts being smoked.

1 bottle of Smokey Chipolte Tobasco sauce
2 cups of Apple Juice
1 cup of Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup of Season Salt
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
4 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp of Soy Sauce

Combine all the ingredients into a sauce pan and turn on low heat until all the ingredients combine. Try not to let it come to a boil. Let cool down and put into the fridge overnight if possible.

Personal Notes:
This is an award winning butt juice from brother Kelly. We used this in capturing top 3 honors at the first ever Ascension BBQ contest. Primary uses include injecting into pork butt prior to placing the butt on the smoker. I like to also pour additional juice onto the shredded pork butt prior to serving. I have also used this to marinade different meats, both beef and waterfowl, for jerky. Really good to inject into sausage as well. This marinade rocks as does Flax Stax/Blue Haze BBQ.
