2 eggs whites 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar 6 oz. mini chocolate chips
Mix egg whites vanilla and salt. Beat to soft peaks. Add sugar slowly, beat until stiff. Fold in the mini-chocolate chis. Drop by teaspoonfuls into little mountains on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275º for 30 minutes.
