Pineapple Cake Surprise Recipe

Cake ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 - 20 oz. can of pineapple chucks

Frosting ingredients:
2 1/2 - c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
Chopped pecans to garnish


Make cake according to directions substituting water with the pineapple chunks. Mix pineapple into cake mix. Bake in jelly roll pan at 350 for 25-30 minutes.


Melt powdered sugar, butter, brown sugar, and water all in microwave. Cool. Frost. Garnish with chopped pecans.
