1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 rsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Put oil and sugar and eggs together. Beat until creamy. Mix dry ingredients together and add to the creamy mixture. Fold in apples. Grease 9 x 13" pan. Pour and bake for one hour at 350º. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
