Ingredients:  
Two yeast cakes
½ cup warm water
One tablespoon sugar
One cup scalded milk
⅓ cup melted shortening
⅓ cup sugar
Two teaspoons salt
Two eggs, well beaten
Four to five cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and when cool add shortening, sugar and salt.
Then add.eggs, yeast mixture and flour.
Mixture will be sticky, but do not knead.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Two hours before ready to use, take out and knead well.
Shape in pan (roll into three balls - clover leaf) and raise two hours.
Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.
