Ingredients:  
2-3 large chicken breasts-cooked and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth (I use where I cooked chicken)
1/2 of a medium onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup milk (can use buttermilk)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in casserole dish (9x13)
heat soup, broth and onion together and pour over chicken

Mix butter, flour and milk-spoon over chicken

Bake 350-400 until brown and bubbly around edges (about 30 minutes or so)
