Stew 1 cup of raisins until tender. Drain and add 1 cup cream and 1 cup of sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon of flour. Cook 5 minutes and add 2 beaten egg yolks. Cook until the mixture thickens. Pour into a baked shell and cover with meringue made from the egg whites. If you wish, 3 tablespoons finely chopped nut meats may be sprinkled on top of the meringue. Bake in a cool oven.
