⅓ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
5 cups Quaker oats
1 cup dried cranberries (or any other dried fruit)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup almond slices

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt butter in large stock pot, add sugar, honey and vanilla. Bring to boil and then remove from heat. Stir in oats and nuts.

2) Spread mixture onto 2 baking sheets and bake at 325ºF for 25 minutes.

3) Remove from heat and let cool. Break apart and stir in dried fruit. Store in airtight container.
