2 lbs. ground beef (best to use 80/20)
4 eggs
¼ c. + 2 T. Italian Bread Crumbs
1 T. minced garlic
2 t. salt
1 t. pepper
2 T. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Form meatballs and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 350º F. Put the meatballs in your favorite spaghetti sauce and cook for at least an hour.

Makes approximately 38-40 meatballs.
