1 lb ground beef
1 c chopped onion
5 c water
1 c cut up carrots
1 c diced celery
1 c of cubed potatoes
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Bouquet Garni (see below)
1 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
tsp basil
2 cans diced tomatoes

Bouquet Garni
1 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried marjoram
tsp dried sage
1 tsp seasoning salt
2 bay leafs, crushed
2 tsp celery seed
tsp ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat with onion and stir meat until brown. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil for 20 min. Can also be put in the instant pot on soup setting for 12 minutes or the crock pot on low for 6 hours.
