3 TBSP Mustard
¼ Cup Mayonaise
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Peel the hard-boiled eggs.
Cut each egg in half either length-wise or across the middle.
Take out the middle yokes and put them in a separate bowl.

Mix together the egg yokes, mustard, mayonaise, and salt/pepper.

Put a little of the mixture in the eggs refilling each one. I use a cookie press to squirt them into each egg which adds a little bit of a festive touch.

Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from my Grandma Baker. Basically, you just guess at the amount of mayonnaise, mustard and salt and pepper. She would just take a couple of spoonfuls out and blob them into the bowl with the yokes.

This one is a Greenslitt Family favorite that is requested for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
