8 pork chops, browned in trimmed fat
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. celery
1/2 c. onions
2 c. water
1 package dry noodle sour mix
sage
4 c. coutons

Noodles for serving.

Directions:
Directions:
Place browned chops in skillet and add butter, celery, and onions. Cook chops until tender. Then, add water, soup, sage to taste and simmer for 5 minutes. Put in pork chops in baking pan. Add croutons on top. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hours.
