1 1/2# pound ground beef
2 can Tuttorosso crushed tomatoes with basil
1/2 pound ground hot sausage or slice links into one inch pieces
1 can tomatoe paste
One head of fresh garlic, chopped
Or garlic powder to your liking
Fresh basil or 2T dried
2tsp oregano
1 large pkg sliced portobellos
1 red pepper chopped
1 large onion chopped
Shell pasta 2#

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté ground beef and sausage with some olive oil. Cooked till just about done. Add onions, red pepper, mushrooms and garlic. Cook till softened.
Add tomatoes, and paste and seasonings.
Simmer for 1 hour.

Combine with pasta
