8 oz. bacon
Salt
5 c. small broccoli florets, fresh
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. sunflower kernels

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the bacon over medium heat, cut into small pieces and drain on paper towels.

In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, onion, sugar, and raisins. Add broccoli and toss to coat with dressing.
Refrigerate 1 hour

Before serving, fold in sunflower kernels and bacon.
