Italian Sausage links- 2 packages
Italian Gravy (see recipe in cookbook)
6 potatoes
½ grated mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and parboil, drain, cool and slice
cook Italian sausage and drain

In casserole dish layer sausage and potatoes. Pour red gravy and top with grated mozzarella cheese and bake 350º for about 1 hour until potatoes are tender.

Serve with salad and Italian bread
