1 cup fresh elderberries
3 cups water
1 cup honey(unpasteurized) NOT for kids under 2 because they should not have unpasteurized honey till older.

Put berried in pot and cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Smash the berries then strain throught a mesh strainer Add the honey. Store in fridge where it will keep for several months.
Dosage: 1 tsp every 2 - 3 hours
