Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2c four cheese shredded blend
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 jar or 2 marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg cream cheese, reduced fat if you prefer
2/3 c light sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/3 c light mayo
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400*

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, blend 1 1/2 cups of cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts until well combined. Blend garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and salt into spinach mixture. Pour into a casserole dish and top with remaining half cup cheese. I actually like putting it in a cast iron pan because that way if you bring it to someone's house it stays really hot.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is golden and dip is bubbly. Serve hot with toasted bread or tortilla chips.
