3 pounds yellow squash
1/2-cup chopped onion
1/2-cup bread crumbs
2 Eggs
1 stick butter
1 TB sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put oven at 375º

Cut up squash and boil until tender. Mash it.

Add all ingredients except HALF the butter to the squash pot.

Melt remaining butter and pour squash mixture into a baking dish.

Spread the melted butter on top and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake uncovered for an hour.

Sometimes I add a1/4-cup of Parmesan cheese.
