2 Packages of Frozen Broccoli
1 cup Colby Cheese, cubed
1 can Pearl Onions
6 medium Carrots, sliced
Bread or Panko Crumbs
2 cups White Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cook Broccoli on stove top to slightly underdone.
Cook Carrots on stove top to slightly underdone.
Add Broccoli, Carrots, Onions and Cheese to a 9x13 pan and toss to mix.
Pour White Sauce over the top of the vegetables.
Top with Bread Crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes.

From Mom Moore's Cookbook. This recipe calls for frozen broccoli but we used lightly blanched fresh instead. It also uses 2 cups of White Sauce but we use 1 cup of White Sauce and 1 can of Mushroom Soup. This dish can be prepared ahead and reheated.
