A loaf of unsliced Bread
1 Egg, lightly beaten
8oz grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 lb. softened Butter
1/4 t. Garlic Salt
1 T. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix all ingredients except the bread until smooth in a food processor.
Trim crusts from bread and slice into 1 inch cubes.
Spread cheese mixture on 5 sides (not bottom) of each bread cube.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 13 minutes or until golden brown.

This is an all-time Moore Family favorite, and Todd has become the expert. Top tip - you can prepare them up to the baking stage and then freeze them until you need them. Make a lot and bake as needed.
