1 lb fresh mushrooms
6 Tbs. olive oil
c. dry white wine
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
tsp. oregano
c. chopped, fresh parsley
2 Tbs. chopped fresh onion
3 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice mushrooms and place in a glass bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove from hear and pour over mushrooms.

Cover and refrigerate several hours.
