Baked Ziti Recipe

1 pound ziti
2T salad oil
pound sausage (3 links)

cup butter
cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk
cup Parmesan

16oz Cottage or Ricotta cheese
cup parmesan
1 egg
1 TBSP parsley
tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
grated mozzarella

Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage, melt butter and flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk until smooth. Boil at medium high. Remove from heat, add Parmesan and toss with cooked ziti.

In bowl mix cheese ingredients, later and bake 30-35 minutes
