2 c. water
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. long grain rice
3 c. 2% reduced-fat milk
12 packets of Splenda sweetener
⅛ tsp. cinnamon
¼ c. raisins
1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a heavy, medium-sized saucepan. Stir in salt and rice. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed (10-12 minutes).

Add milk, splenda packets, cinnamon and raisins. Cook uncovered over low heat, stirring occasionally, until most of the milk is absorbed (about 15 minutes).

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm.
