1 large grapefruit, halved
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 ounces kirschwasser
8 maraschino cherries
8 mint sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare grapefruit by removing core and loosening meat from skin. Sprinkle top generously with sugar and then kirschwagger. Broil 2-3 minutes, or until top starts to brown. Cut each grapefruit half into 4 pieces. Use toothpicks to garnish pieces with cherries and mint springs.

Makes 8 servings.
