⅓ ounce Salt
½ ounce Baking Powder
1½ pounds Flour
1/5 pound sugar
1/8 pound diced Red Pepper
1/8 pound chopped Scallion
2 cups Beer
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients. Mix in cheese, pepper, onions. Add 1½ cups beer...mix well. Add remaining beer and combine thoroughly.

Bake in a pre-heated 300º oven for 1 hour
