3 c. Flour
¼ c. + 2 Tbs. Sugar
¾ c. Butter
¾ tsp. Salt

Filling:
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 ½ c. sugar
1 ½ c. Karo
3 Tbs. butter, melted
1 ½ tsp Vanilla
2 ½ c. chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease a 15x10 jelly roll pan. Beat flour, sugar, salt, and butter in a large mixing bowl on medium speed until crumbly. Press mixture firmly into pan. Bake until it becomes a golden brown (about 20 minutes).

Mix all filling ingredients together and pour over baked crumb layer. Spread evenly. Bake until filling is set, for 25 minutes. Cool and cut evenly into squares.
