Crust: 1 cup flour, 1 stick softened butter, 3 tbsp sugar.

Filling: 36 oz blackberries, 2 cups water, 2 cups sugar, 6 tbsp cornstarch, 6 oz blueberry/pomegranate jello.

Directions:
Using pastry cutter, blend butter, flour, sugar, and press into deep dish pie plate. Bake at 375 for 15 min until golden. Let cool.

In sauce pan, cook water, sugar, and cornstarch until clear and thick. Add in jello. Cool and pour over berries—blend well and pour into pie crust. Place into fridge and chill until set (~ 4 hours).

Serve with whipped cream.
