3 lbs elbow macaroni cooked
2 lbs. cheddar cheese grated
2 lbs. mozzarella cheese grated
1 lb. colby cheese grated
1 16 oz. package of goats cheese
1 box chicken stock
2 cans milk
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. yellow mustard
1/2 tbs A 1 Sauce
2 tbs. pepper
1tbs salt
2 eggs beaten
1 stick melted butter

Butter large pan or two smaller pans
Add a thin layer of elbow macaroni to bottom of the pan, add cheese blend, repeat until pan is full and cheese covers the top of macaroni. Mix canned milk, egg and chicken stock with mustard, salt, pepper, A1 and Worchestshire sauce. Pour into the pan over layered elbow macaroni until liquid reaches the top of macaroni. Add melted butter to the top

In preheated oven 375º bake until cheese is bubbling and golden brown. 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Watch closely.
